Description
Scintillation is a new Strand Linear Fusion Rifle introduced in Destiny 2: The Final Shape. It is a Nightfall reward, and its Adept version can be obtained from Grandmaster Nightfalls. The Adept version allows for the use of Adept mods, offering slight stat enhancements.
Many players consider Scintillation to be one of the best weapons in the game, due to its high damage output and synergistic perks. Some popular perk combinations include:
Bait and Switch with Firing Line for increased damage in group activities Surrounded with Reservoir Burst for consistent damage output Rewind Rounds with Envious Assassin for sustained damage over time The Adept version does not offer significant advantages over the regular version, as the Adept mods for charge time and magazine size do not have a noticeable impact on this weapon. However, some players still pursue it for the slight stat boosts and the prestige of owning an Adept weapon.
