As we delve deeper into the secrets of the universe, we find ourselves drawn to the enigmatic Dreaming City, where the Awoken Queen Mara Sov has summoned us for a new mission.

New Activities and Challenges

At the heart of Season of the Wish lies the Dreaming City, a sprawling, ethereal landscape filled with secrets and danger. Guardians will embark on new story missions, strikes, and patrols, all while unraveling the mysteries of the Awoken and their connection to the Wish-Granting Ahamkara. One of the most exciting additions to the season is the new raid, "Ascent of the Ahamkara." This challenging endgame activity will test the skills and teamwork of even the most experienced Guardians as they face off against the mighty Wish-Dragons and their minions.

Revamped Loot System and Rewards

Season of the Wish brings a much-needed overhaul to Destiny 2's loot system, with a focus on rewarding players for their time and effort. The new "Wish-Granted" engram system allows Guardians to target specific pieces of gear, reducing the reliance on random drops and providing a clearer path to obtaining desired items.
