How do I place an order?
- Enter the product you are looking for in the "Search" bar at the top of the page, or select from the drop-down menu on the "D2" tab.
- Once you have found the product you are looking for, select the add-ons (if applicable) that you wish to purchase.
- Once all add-ons have been selected, click the "BUY NOW" tab. From there you will be prompted to provide AND verify an email address.
- Once you have verified your email address, you will be directed to an order page where you will select the platform you wish the service to be completed on.
- After selecting the preferred platform, you will then enter in the log-in information for said platform.
- Once the log-in information has been provided, you will be directed to a payment page where you will review and confirm your order.
What happens after I order?
- Once payment is made, your order is automatically placed in our system. You will receive a confirmation email from our site. Please check your spam/junk folder for that email. If you do not receive it, please contact email@example.com. From then on, you will then receive messages from your Dashboard Chatbot to notify you of the status of your order.
What is the average turnaround for an order to be completed?
As a general rule, we try our best to complete orders within 24 hours of payment. However, some services require extended periods of time that can range from days to weeks to complete (weekly challenges, weekly rotating activities). Additionally, high volumes of orders may impact your turnaround time.
- In a rush? We also offer Priority status, which you may select on any product service page.
What safety measures are in place to protect my account?
We take our customer's security very seriously. Our Service providers are trusted players and professionals who have garnered the trust of thousands of players. We take our reputation very seriously and do whatever is needed to ensure the account safety of our customers.

I made a mistake with my order. Can I still update the information?

Which payment methods do you accept?
- We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.
Will I still have access to my account while you are completing my order?
Account Recovery: No. You will not be able to sign on to your account while we are completing the order. Only one person can be signed onto an account at one time.
Play With Our Team: Yes. You will need to sign on to your personal account to play with our team to complete your order.
What happens if the order is not completed in the given time frame? Do I get a refund?
- While we make sure that every order is completed within the given time-frame, if, in the case, an order is not completed by the deadline, you may file a complaint to CarrySquad arbitration. If the Service Provider is proven guilty, you will be entitled to a partial or complete refund, dependent on the percentage of the service that has already been completed.
