FAQ
Is the Exotic guaranteed?
No. Exotic drops are chance-based unless the selected product option explicitly sells a guaranteed unlock or repeated farm. A clear or boss checkpoint gives eligible reward chances; it does not override Destiny 2 RNG.
Should I choose full completion or boss checkpoint?
Choose full completion when you need the whole activity, encounter loot, chests, triumph progress, or first-clear routing. Choose the boss checkpoint when the final encounter, final reward, or Exotic chance is the only objective.
Do hidden chests, Deepsight, catalysts, triumphs, and seal steps happen automatically?
No. Select those objectives when you need them. They change routing, account preparation, and sometimes eligibility requirements, so they should be chosen before the run starts.
Can I target exact rolls or armor stats?
The team can farm toward the selected reward path, but exact perk rolls, red-border patterns, armor stat spikes, and extra drops remain governed by the game unless support separately agrees to a custom manual route.
What if my account is missing quest progress or ownership for a catalyst/puzzle?
Eligibility matters. Catalyst puzzles and quest objectives can require the weapon, quest step, weekly availability, or prior progress. If something is missing, support will confirm the correct route before the order is handled.
