Its “Anticipation” trait rewards all-out aggression with quicker charge times, opening new loadout synergies for DPS and add clear. The Exotic is a random drop after defeating the final boss, with a base drop chance around 5%, but you can guarantee your drop by completing the raid during Contest Mode (first 48h window).
Currently, no catalyst has been released for Whirling Ovation, though Bungie is expected to add one in a future update.
