If more than one role still needs placements, treat each role’s progress separately when planning the order. The package is fulfilled for the role selected in the calculator; it should not be interpreted as placements for all three roles at once. Check the account’s current placement state first so the quantity ordered matches the games that remain for the chosen role.

What the Service Does—and Does Not—Promise
The deliverable is the selected match count on the selected role. Overwatch remains the source of truth for predicted placement progress, rank assignment, Competitive progress, and any rewards credited after each result. Normal account progress earned during the matches remains subject to the game’s current rules; there is no fixed Competitive Points amount attached to this product.
The service also does not promise Champion, Top 500, a particular division, seasonal titles, or a Drive milestone. Blizzard currently states that placement matches do not add Drive score, although completing placements for a role can be required before that role is eligible to earn Drive score during an active Drive event. This distinction prevents a placement order from being mistaken for a Drive farm or a guaranteed rank package.

Competitive Play must already be unlocked and available on the account for the role covered by the order. Confirm that Tank, Support, or Damage is the role you want before checkout, and select no more matches than are currently available in that role’s placement sequence. If placements are already in progress, provide the remaining match count and current placement status through the Service Dashboard so the order can be matched to the account’s real state.
The account must be eligible to enter Competitive matches and must not have an active restriction that prevents queueing. Keep your availability and scheduling details accurate when coordinating the service. If Duo queue is selected, you must be available to join and play the scheduled matches with the assigned player. Placement rules can change between seasons, so any eligibility conflict discovered before play should be resolved through the Dashboard before completion begins.
