PoE 2 Uncut Spirit Gem
An Uncut Spirit Gem is the currency item used to engrave a persistent buff skill in Path of Exile 2 or raise an existing compatible gem to the level shown on the uncut item. Persistent skills include effects that remain active while reserving Spirit, such as auras, defensive buffs, trigger-style effects, and certain persistent minions.
This page is for direct item delivery rather than gem farming. Choose level IV, VIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII, XIX, or XX, select Runes of Aldur or Standard with Softcore or Hardcore, and set a quantity from 1 to 50. CarrySquad confirms stock before arranging the in-game trade.
Choose the Correct Spirit Gem Level

The highest item is not automatically the right purchase for every character. An Uncut Spirit Gem determines the level of the persistent skill you create or upgrade; it does not increase your maximum Spirit. Your build still needs enough Spirit to reserve and activate the resulting gem.
How Uncut Spirit Gems Work
Right-click the item to open the engraving interface, then select an eligible persistent buff skill. If you already have a compatible persistent gem, the uncut item can be used to raise it to the item's level. The selected Uncut Spirit Gem is consumed during this process.
Uncut Spirit Gems can drop throughout the game, with their level tied to area progression. Current item data separates levels IV through XX into individual base items. Official version 0.3.0 also enabled Uncut Skill, Support, and Reservation Gems on the Currency Exchange, so these items are tradeable rather than account-bound.
Spirit, Persistent Skills, and Other Uncut Gems
Spirit is separate from Life and Mana. Persistent skills reserve part of your available Spirit while active, so owning the gem is only one part of the setup. Confirm your maximum Spirit, reservation budget, weapon set, attribute requirements, and intended skill interactions before engraving.
An Uncut Spirit Gem is not an Uncut Skill Gem or an Uncut Support Gem. Skill Gems create or upgrade active skills, while Support Gems modify compatible active or persistent skills. Use this product only when your in-game gemcutting menu or current build plan specifically calls for an Uncut Spirit Gem.
League, Mode, Quantity, and Delivery
Select the exact destination economy before ordering. Runes of Aldur and Standard are separate choices, and Hardcore stock is confirmed independently from Softcore. Quantity applies to one selected level: one unit means one unengraved Uncut Spirit Gem.
Delivery is completed through an in-game trade. Provide the correct character name, join the agreed party or meeting point, and keep enough inventory space for the order. For several levels in one request, place separate selections or contact support before checkout so the breakdown and stock can be confirmed.

Can I order several gems?
Yes. Select a quantity from 1 to 50 for one chosen level. Confirm stock first for large or Hardcore orders.
Should I always choose level XX?
No. Choose the level required by the persistent skill and your character. Check level, attributes, reservation, and current tooltip values before engraving.
