PoE 2 Atziri's Acuity
Atziri's Acuity is a level-33 unique pair of Moulded Mitts for Physical Attack builds that want Life, Armour, leech, and Blood Loss support in one glove slot. The current version grants Herald of the Royal Queen and includes Vaal Pact.
This page delivers the finished current-version item by direct trade. It is not an Atziri boss carry, a random drop attempt, or the obsolete legacy Acuity built around critical strikes and instant leech.

Blood Loss, Leech, and Build Use
The gloves are aimed at builds that repeatedly deal Physical Attack Hits. Their leech line converts a percentage of that Physical Attack Damage into Life leech, while the Blood Loss modifier makes 10% of Physical damage from your Hits count toward Blood Loss. This can let even a hit that kills an enemy contribute Blood Loss instead of requiring the target to survive a separate damage-over-time sequence.
The package does not turn elemental or spell damage into Physical Attack Damage, guarantee maximum recovery in every encounter, or remove the need to plan around Vaal Pact. Compare the gloves against your current attack type, recovery sources, resistances, attack speed, and damage scaling before committing the slot.
Current Version vs Legacy Acuity
Atziri's Acuity was reworked in version 0.5.0. Current gloves use Armour, maximum Life, Physical Attack Damage leeched as Life, Physical Hit damage contributing to Blood Loss, Vaal Pact, and Herald of the Royal Queen. Existing old items were not converted, so legacy versions can still carry the former critical-hit and instant-leech stat package.
Every configured option on this page refers to the current version. During delivery, verify the current core modifiers first, then verify the selected corruption implicit. This prevents an older namesake item from being mistaken for the package shown here.
Corruption and Variable Rolls
The standard choice is non-corrupted. The three alternatives are already-corrupted items with one clearly named result: 60% increased Critical Hit Chance, +1 to Level of all Melee Skills, or an additional socket. Corrupted items have different modification boundaries from the standard version, so choose the final state your build needs rather than assuming it can be changed later.
Atziri's Acuity also has separate Vaal Cultivation Orb possibilities that can replace modifiers on a corrupted Vaal unique. Those outcomes are not included in these fixed packages. Exact Armour, Life, granted skill level, item level, sockets beyond the selected additional socket, and unlisted mutation outcomes require stock confirmation.
Acquisition and Atziri Connection
Despite the name and Atziri flavour text, current item references list Atziri's Acuity as a global drop that can also be created with a Chance Orb on the correct Moulded Mitts base. It is not presented here as a guaranteed boss-only drop. Public sources do not disclose reliable drop or chance probabilities.
Direct trade removes that acquisition uncertainty: the supplier presents the finished item and you inspect every property before accepting. Runes of Aldur Softcore is separate from Standard and Hardcore. For encounter completion instead of the gloves, use the PoE 2 Atziri service; for other equipment, browse PoE 2 items.

Does the current item still give instant leech on critical hits?
No. That is legacy item behaviour. The current version uses the Physical Attack leech and Blood Loss package described above.
Does it drop only from Atziri?
Current item references list it as a global drop and chanceable on the correct base, not as a guaranteed Atziri-only drop.
Are perfect Armour and Life rolls guaranteed?
No. The current ranges are 150–200% increased Armour and +100–150 maximum Life; inspect the exact stock item before accepting.
Can I order an unlisted corruption or cultivated result?
Not through the fixed options on this page. Unlisted states require a separate stock check and quote.
