Description
We are now five (5) months into Witch Queen and another new season is upon us.
Season 17: Season of the Haunted has arrived, which also means a new batch of Seasonal Challenges.
If you felt the pain having to play catch up with Season 12-15 Seasonal Challenges, now is a good time to knock out week one and get off to a strong start.
Week 1’s challenges are pretty straightforward and doable solo. However, do keep in mind that many enemies may be Power Level 1560+ for some activities/areas.
Additionally, purchase of the Season Pass may be required for completion of some challenges.
Seasonal Challenges are another great way of pushing through the Season Pass and racking up XP. They are also helpful if you are still lagging behind in reaching the soft and hard cap.
New challenges drop every Tuesday for the weekly reset, so be sure to check back!
How does the service work

- Complete Bound in Sorrow 3 and defeat Scorn with precision final blows
- Bound in Sorrow 3 completed,
- 75 precision kills
Nightmare Containment 2
- Successfully complete tiers of the Nightmare Containment public event on the Derelict Leviathan throughout the season
- Complete 75 public events
Binding I
- Throughout Season of the Haunted., bind Nightmares after completing Tier 3 of the Nightmare Containment and open Opulent Chests on the Derelict Leviathan
- Harvest 10 Nightmares,
- Open 5 chests
Loadout 2
- Defeat combatants with Shotgun or Fusion Rifle final blows on the Derelict Leviathan, and defeat powerful Nightmares
- 125 harvest kills,
- 20 Solar Power weapon kills
Throne World Activities
- In the Throne World, earn progress by completing bounties, patrols, public events, and Lost Sectors
- Complete 18 activities
Power Broker
- Reach Power Level 1560 by earning powerful rewards and Prime Engrams
Long-Range Calibration
- Calibrate long-range weapons -- Pulse Rifles, Bows, and Trace Rifles -- in the Throne World. Bonus progress in Lost Sectors
- Defeat 100 enemies
Primeval Entourage
- Defeat Taken in Gambit. Earn bonus progress for defeating tougher combatants.
- Kill 100 Taken in Gambit
Scorched Earth
- Defeat Guardians in Team Scorched. Charged detonations in midair or on surfaces earn bonus progress.
- Defeat 50 Guardians in Scorched
Ultimate Champion
- Defeat Champions in any Nightfall Strike on Hero difficulty or higher. Earn bonus progress at higher difficulty tiers
- Defeat 60 Champions
