Crota's Memory covers three distinct class sets. The five pieces you receive depend on the character selected for the order:

Hunter, God-Knight: Unyielding Casque, Dogged Gage, Relentless Harness, Tireless Striders, and Shroud of Flies.
Titan, Willbreaker: Willbreaker's Watch, Willbreaker's Fists, Willbreaker's Resolve, Willbreaker's Greaves, and Mark of the Pit.
Warlock, Deathsinger: Deathsinger's Gaze, Deathsinger's Grip, Deathsinger's Mantle, Deathsinger's Herald, and Bone Circlet.
