PoE 2 Lineage Support Gems
Lineage Support Gems are rare, build-shaping support gems with stronger or more unusual mechanics than regular supports and correspondingly specific restrictions. Instead of ordering a generic bundle, choose the exact gem names your setup needs and select the realm where they must be delivered.
The page supports multiple different gems in one order. Prices are attached to each named item and add together; there is no quantity multiplier, random assortment, or unlisted mystery gem. Stock is confirmed before direct trade, particularly for Hardcore and source-restricted gems.
How Lineage Supports Differ from Regular Supports
Lineage supports cannot be created by engraving an Uncut Support Gem. They enter the economy as random world drops or as rewards from particular endgame bosses, areas, vaults, and encounters. Patch 0.4.0 made world-drop Lineage supports less common overall, and patch 0.5.0 introduced another large group while changing or fixing individual interactions.
These gems do not follow a normal multi-level upgrade path. Most have a level requirement of 65 and a small attribute requirement, while the effect itself can impose an extra cost multiplier, Spirit reservation, Life reservation, cooldown, weapon-set condition, damage trade-off, or narrow skill-tag requirement. The right purchase is therefore the exact gem that fits your active skill and build plan—not simply the rarest name.

Use the names as a shortlist, then confirm the current in-game wording for your exact skill. Patch changes can alter numeric values or supported tags without changing the gem's commercial name.
Acquisition, Availability, and Trade
Different Lineage supports come from different source pools. Rakiata's Flow and Garukhan's Resolve are tied to specific Anomaly bosses; Atziri's Communion is associated with Atziri's Vault; Uul-Netol's Embrace is tied to Xesht; and newer supports can come from Return of the Ancients encounters and bosses. Other names belong to the global drop pool. This source fragmentation is why price and stock vary sharply between gems.
The service delivers the item directly rather than running its original encounter. Choose Runes of Aldur or Standard, Softcore or Hardcore, and keep the destination character available. Hardcore pricing is higher because its supply is separate and more constrained. If a selected gem is temporarily unavailable on that realm, CarrySquad confirms alternatives before fulfillment instead of substituting a different name.
Limits, Sockets, and Build Safety
A character normally cannot use more than one copy of the same Lineage Support Gem, and the usual Support Gem category rules still matter inside a skill. Different Lineage gems may also conflict with a non-Lineage support from the same category. Buying multiple different names is supported, but duplicate-copy requests and unusual category interactions should be confirmed before ordering.
The gem item is guaranteed after stock confirmation; build performance is not. Damage depends on your active gem, passive tree, gear, weapon set, attributes, reservation budget, enemy state, and current patch. A delivered gem can be perfectly genuine yet unusable in the intended socket if its tags or restrictions do not match the skill.

Can I select more than one different gem?
Yes. Each named gem is an independent option, and selected prices add together. Confirm stock for every item before delivery.
Can an Uncut Support Gem create a Lineage support?
No. Lineage supports come from their own world-drop and source-restricted endgame pools rather than normal Uncut Support Gem engraving.
Do Lineage Support Gems level up?
They do not use the normal support-gem level progression. Your character and build must still meet the selected gem's level, attribute, skill-tag, and cost or reservation requirements.
Is the original boss or encounter included?
No. This page is for direct delivery of the selected gem item. A boss kill or farming run is a separate service.
