Complete 1–50 Atziri, the Red Queen kills in the chosen league and mode. Entry is included, the full two-form encounter is completed, and all rewards opened after each successful run stay with you.
- Full Atziri kill: defeat the Red Queen and her second form, Atziri, the Fell Serpent.
- Encounter entry included: you do not need to build and path an entire Temple for every purchased run.
- Vault and Royal Troves: the Atziri's Medallion earned after the fight is used to open Atziri's Vault and six Royal Trove chests.
- One Vault Unique per successful run: the exact item is random, but the Vault always contains one Unique from its dedicated pool.

PoE 2 Atziri Boost
Atziri, the Red Queen is the pinnacle boss of the Fate of the Vaal endgame and waits inside Atziri's Temple. Reaching her naturally is much more involved than opening an ordinary boss arena: the Temple must be built through connected rooms, Xipocado, Royal Architect must be defeated, and the Royal Access Chamber must unlock the path into Atziri's Chambers. This PoE 2 Atziri boost skips that repeated setup and focuses on the part buyers actually want—the completed encounter and the post-fight Vault and Royal Trove rewards.
Use this Atziri carry for a first Red Queen clear or repeated Vault farming. Choose 1–50 kills, select Runes of Aldur or Standard, and choose Softcore or Hardcore. Entry is included. What a complete Atziri run covers
The service covers the full encounter rather than only the first health bar. Atziri begins as the Red Queen, using physical, fire, and lightning attacks alongside Corrupted Blood, Flameblast, Storm Call, and arena-control mechanics. Near the end of the first phase she escapes through the mirror portal and transforms into Atziri, the Fell Serpent at full life. The order is complete only after the second form is defeated.
This matters for buyers because the valuable reward sequence happens after the full kill. Atziri drops Atziri's Medallion, which is taken back to the chamber checkpoint and consumed to unlock Atziri's Vault and six Royal Trove chests. The Medallion is an access step, not an extra item retained in inventory.

Atziri's Vault Unique pool
Every successful run opens a Vault that always contains one Unique from a dedicated six-item pool: Atziri's Step, Drillneck, Atziri's Splendour, Atziri's Rule, Atziri's Contempt, or Flesh Crucible. The guaranteed part is one item from the pool—not a particular named Unique. Atziri's Splendour can also appear in different variants, so its exact version remains random.
The Vault additionally contains Sacrificial Regalia and can include high-tier unidentified rare items, Atziri's Communion, Atziri's Impatience, and Zerphi's Infamy. Atziri's Communion is a Lineage Support Gem added to the boss's current reward pool.
Royal Troves and current Vaal currency rewards
Unlocking the Vault also opens six Royal Troves. These chests can contain regular currency of rare tier or higher, Greater and Perfect currency, Atziri's Temple-exclusive currency, Ancient Infuser, Architect's Orb, Core Destabiliser, Crystallised Corruption, Orb of Extraction, Vaal Cultivation Orb, random Vaal Infusers, and Vaal Siphoner.
The current reward pool also includes a chance at Kamasa's, Kopec's, Yaomac's, or Yugul's Orb of Sacrifice. These currencies interact with Corrupted Enchantments by upgrading them while randomly removing an Explicit Modifier. They are possible Trove or Vault rewards, not guaranteed additions to every kill.
League, mode, and service setup
Choose Runes of Aldur or Standard, then select Softcore or Hardcore. Hardcore is priced separately because the encounter carries greater fulfillment risk and preparation requirements. No. Each completed run guarantees one Unique from the six-item Vault pool, but the exact item and any variant remain random.

No. The Medallion is consumed after the kill to unlock Atziri's Vault and six Royal Troves. You keep the rewards opened from them.
Can I order repeated Atziri farming?
Yes. You can order up to 50 kills, with every successful run adding another independent Vault and Trove reward cycle.
