Rewards

Complete 1–50 endgame King in the Mists runs in the Crux of Nothingness. Every purchased run includes An Audience with the King entry, the opening arena, the Wildwood maze transition, the final confrontation, and the rewards allocated to your order.

  • Full Crux completion: the endgame Ritual boss is defeated through all encounter stages. This is not the Act 1 Freythorn version.
  • Head of the King: each successful run awards the fixed post-kill fragment used with Aoife in Caer Tarth to begin the Rite of the Nameless.
  • Dedicated Unique eligibility: Beetlebite, From Nothing, Ingenuity, Pragmatism, and The Burden of Shadows can drop from the encounter. The exact item is random.
  • Ritual loot eligibility: random Omens, a Ritualistic Reliquary Key, rare equipment, currency, and other eligible encounter drops may also appear.
  • All run loot stays with you: the Head, any Unique, Omens, currency, and additional rewards allocated during each purchased run remain with your order.
Reward categoryWhat the run providesGuarantee
Selected runsThe exact number of complete Crux of Nothingness clears chosen for the order.Guaranteed service outcome
Head of the KingThe fixed boss fragment from each successful completion.Guaranteed drop; Rite activation depends on account and Atlas state

Omens and additional lootPossible Ritual Omens, Reliquary Key, rare items, currency, and other encounter drops.Items, quantities, modifiers, and value are RNG

Description

PoE 2 King in the Mists Boost

The endgame King in the Mists is not the short Act 1 encounter in Freythorn. This version waits in the Crux of Nothingness and turns the Ritual storyline into a multi-stage boss run with physical and chaos pressure, movement-command mechanics, an unavoidable Wildwood maze, and a final form that can overwhelm builds that looked comfortable in ordinary maps.

This PoE 2 King in the Mists boost covers the complete endgame route. Choose 1–50 runs, select Runes of Aldur or Standard and Softcore or Hardcore, and receive one full Crux clear for every run purchased. An Audience with the King is included, so there is no need to fill the Tribute to the King bar or supply an entry fragment before each attempt.

Current access through An Audience with the King

In the current Ritual system, unspent Tribute can be sacrificed to fill the Tribute to the King bar. Completing that process awards An Audience with the King. Carrying the fragment on the Atlas reveals a Crux of Nothingness location next to a cleared map, where the endgame boss can be challenged.

The included entry covers the current Audience-based access route. You do not need to prepare a separate boss key, fill the Tribute bar, or unlock a separate difficulty tier for the order.

What happens during a full Crux run

Encounter stageMain pressureService scope
Opening arenaAffliction effects, fetishes, projectiles, vines, swarms, and commands that punish moving or standing still at the wrong moment. The first form is controlled and pushed into the maze transition.
Wildwood mazeBranching Affliction deals physical and chaos damage over time while Sacred Wisps mark the route through blocked vines. Current versions also place hostile followers inside the maze. The maze is completed normally; dying or logging out does not bypass it.
Final confrontationThe returning boss adds heavier arena pressure, roaming hazards, overlapping attacks, and limited safe movement space. The final form is defeated and the post-kill rewards are secured for the order.

Chaos mitigation helps, but the run is not solved by resistance alone. The encounter repeatedly changes what the player must react to: destroy or avoid escalating hazards, read movement commands correctly, follow fading wisps without falling behind, and re-enter a dangerous arena for the final kill. That combination is why buyers often choose a carry instead of risking an Audience on repeated practice attempts.

Head of the King and the Rite of the Nameless

Every successful endgame King completion drops Head of the King. Taking the Head to Aoife in Caer Tarth begins the Rite of the Nameless, a connected sequence of five Atlas maps. The Rite places Ritual encounters along the selected route and carries defeated enemies and map bosses forward into later encounters, increasing both the challenge and the reward opportunities. Accounts with the Ongoing Chants notable can extend the route to six maps.

The Head is the fixed progression value of the boss kill, but the downstream Rite still depends on the customer's Atlas access, Caer Tarth state, selected maps, and passive setup. The service therefore guarantees the completed Crux run and the Head—not a specific Rite reward, six-map route, or Atlas outcome on an ineligible account.

King in the Mists Unique loot and Omens

The dedicated Unique pool contains Beetlebite, From Nothing, Ingenuity, Pragmatism, and The Burden of Shadows. These items serve very different build goals: From Nothing changes passive-tree routing, Ingenuity amplifies equipped ring bonuses, Pragmatism changes Charm use, Beetlebite supports bleed and Thorns interactions, and The Burden of Shadows converts spell costs toward Life while adding chaos scaling.

Ritual Omens can also drop in several rarity bands, alongside rare gear, currency, and the very rare Ritualistic Reliquary Key. None of those random rewards is selected at checkout. A completed run makes the eligible loot available, while the exact Unique, Omen, key, modifiers, quantities, and value remain determined by the game.

Choosing the number of King in the Mists runs

QuantityBest forWhat increases
1 runOne endgame clear, one Head, and one boss-loot cycle. One independent chance at the dedicated Unique and Omen pools.
5 runsA focused farming session with several Heads for separate Rite routes.Five independent completions and reward attempts.
10 runsRepeated farming for broader coverage of the King loot pool.Ten Heads and ten separate boss-loot cycles; no named item is promised.
25 or 50 runsLarge-scale Ritual boss farming without sourcing each Audience yourself.More independent attempts, never a guarantee of one particular Unique or Omen.

League and service choices

Select the exact league and mode before ordering. Runes of Aldur and Standard economies are separate, as are Softcore and Hardcore. The number of runs remains independent from the chosen realm, so you can compare the same farming quantity without rebuilding the order.

If you want to remain on your account and enter with the team, use Play with our team. Priority is available separately for faster queue handling, while Stream lets you watch fulfillment. These service upgrades do not alter the King's loot table or make random drops deterministic. King in the Mists FAQ

Is this the Act 1 King in the Mists?

No. This service is for the endgame Ritual boss inside the Crux of Nothingness, not the campaign encounter in Freythorn.

Is An Audience with the King included?

Yes. Entry is included for every purchased run, so you do not need to fill the Tribute bar or provide your own Audience.

Do I receive Ritual Atlas Passive Points from the kill?

The current Ritual system awards its Atlas progression through maps around Caer Tarth rather than promising passive points from every King kill. The boss guarantees Head of the King, which starts the Rite of the Nameless when used by an eligible account.

Does the run guarantee Ingenuity or From Nothing?

No. Both are random items in the dedicated Unique pool. The completed run and Head of the King are fixed; the exact Unique remains RNG.

Can I order repeat farming?

Yes. Choose up to 50 runs. Each successful run adds another Head and another independent attempt at the King in the Mists reward pool.

Does one Head guarantee a six-map Rite?

No. The default Rite of the Nameless uses five connected maps. Extending it to six requires the relevant Atlas notable and the correct account state.
