Description
CyberAcme is one of Marathon's six factions, alongside NuCaloric, Traxus, MIDA, Arachne and Sekiguchi Genetics. It is also the faction that hands out Cryo Archive work: when the zone is open, a pool of seven Cryo contracts appears in CyberAcme.
The CyberAcme upgrade tree
Every faction has an upgrade tree with capstone rewards you earn each season, and each faction has its own family of head, torso and leg implants. The CyberAcme targets listed here include Expansion, Credit Limit, Locksmith and Keymaker upgrades, alongside six named Capstones.
- Expansion. Four tiers, I to IV.
- Credit Limit. Five tiers, I to V.
- Keymaker and Locksmith. Upgrades named for keys and locked rooms.
- Capstones. Six of them, from Cyberacme Favor to Max Looter.
C.A.R.R.I. and the Nightfall Refresh
CyberAcme also runs C.A.R.R.I., a protocol that pays CyberAcme Commendations for helping crewmates with their contract objectives. Its Armory returned on October 20 and runs through the end of the Nightfall Refresh, the October 6 refresh that reset Faction levels and upgrades and reduced rank reputation requirements.
Pairs well with Factions Leveling and Cryo Archive.
