The Dark Citadel Raid
Vessel of Hatred
Rewards
- One or more completed Dark Citadel runs on the Eternal or Seasonal character and Torment tier selected for the order. Choose from 1 to 10 runs when you want a single completion or repeat access to the activity's eligible rewards.
- A coordinated Ancient Nexus clear through the Dark Citadel's group-focused wings, where party members split responsibilities, handle encounter devices, and reunite for the final objectives.
- Normal loot and activity rewards awarded by Diablo 4 for each covered completion, including eligible Citadel Coins, caches, equipment, materials, and other drops available to your character.
- Weekly reward eligibility when available under the live reset and account rules. A repeat run can still provide activity loot, but it does not create another first-clear reward when the game has already recorded it for that reset.
- Your chosen Torment route, from Torment I through Torment IV, so the run matches the setting selected on the page rather than silently changing difficulty.
- Optional Torment IV unlock help only when that extra is selected. Lower Torment choices do not include a separate Torment IV unlock.
- Optional Crater of Lost Souls quest completion when the character has not finished the access step and that extra is added before checkout.
- All eligible items earned during the covered run remain on your character. Exact item identity, rarity, affixes, Greater Affixes, cosmetic drops, cache contents, and Citadel Coin totals follow Diablo 4's live reward rules.
- Self-play support when selected, allowing you to join the team and participate while following calls for split paths, portals, symbols, and boss mechanics.
- A clean completion record for the ordered route, giving you the raid clear or repeat-run progress you chose without adding unrelated campaign, leveling, or farming goals.
Description
Diablo 4 Dark Citadel raid carry
The Dark Citadel is Diablo 4's cooperative raid-style activity in the Ancient Nexus. It is designed around a party dividing jobs rather than four players simply attacking the same target. Wings ask the group to separate, interact with encounter objects, move through portals, read arena cues, and complete linked mechanics before the team can advance. A strong character can still lose time when the group does not coordinate those responsibilities.
This service covers the number of Dark Citadel runs, realm, and Torment tier selected on the page. CarrySquad handles the route as a team and completes the activity on the character attached to the order. Choose one run for a focused clear or increase the run count when you want repeated completions and additional eligible activity loot.
Match the run to your character
Select Eternal Realm or Seasonal Realm according to where the character exists. Progress and access are realm-specific, so the correct choice matters before the party enters the Citadel. You can also select Torment I, II, III, or IV. The chosen tier controls the intended difficulty; it should reflect both the character's access and the goal you want completed.
Torment IV is not silently unlocked by a standard run. If the character cannot enter that tier yet, add Unlock Torment IV. The separate Complete “Crater of Lost Souls” quest extra is for a character that still needs the Dark Citadel access quest. Leave either extra unselected when that preparation is already finished.
What happens inside the Ancient Nexus
A Dark Citadel completion is more than a boss kill. The party works through group encounters that can send players down different paths and require actions on one side to open progress on another. Success depends on recognizing the current task, taking portals at the right moment, carrying or interacting with encounter elements, and surviving while teammates finish their own roles.
CarrySquad's group keeps those jobs organized from the first wing to the closing encounter. Self-play customers can participate when that service method is selected, but should stay with the assigned role and follow calls rather than moving ahead alone. The aim is a completed run on the chosen difficulty, not a partial wing or an unsupported attempt.
Dark Citadel rewards and weekly eligibility
Completed runs award whatever the live game makes available to the participating character. That can include Citadel-related currency, caches, equipment, materials, and ordinary activity drops. Dark Citadel is also associated with weekly reward eligibility, but weekly rewards depend on the account's current reset state. If the character has already claimed a first-clear reward for that period, another run cannot recreate it.
Repeat runs still serve players who want more encounters, more eligible drops, additional Citadel Coin opportunities, or practice with the activity. They do not turn random rewards into fixed contents. Item rarity, affixes, Greater Affixes, cosmetic eligibility, cache contents, and currency amounts are resolved by Diablo 4 for each run.
Choose one run or a repeat route
The quantity selector supports 1 through 10 runs. A single run fits a first completion, a weekly objective, or one attempt at the current reward pool. Several runs fit a player who already understands the activity's limits and wants multiple completed clears on the same prepared character. Every run follows the realm and Torment choices attached to the order.
- 1 run: one completed Dark Citadel route on the selected difficulty.
- Multiple runs: the selected number of completed routes, each with its own eligible activity loot.
- Access extras: quest or Torment IV preparation only when selected.
- Self-play: participation with the group while following mechanic calls.
Before the team enters
Confirm the character owns Vessel of Hatred, can reach Nahantu, and has the required Dark Citadel access. Select the quest extra if Crater of Lost Souls remains unfinished. When ordering Torment IV, make sure that tier is available or include the matching unlock help. Free some inventory or stash space so the character can keep the equipment, materials, and caches earned during the route.
For self-play, be ready for the invite and use the character named for the order. Dark Citadel mechanics can punish a player who leaves an assigned lane, misses a portal, or activates an object early, so following the group lead is part of a smooth run.
Dark Citadel questions
Does one order include every Torment tier?
No. The run follows the single tier selected on the page.
Is the access quest included automatically?
No. Add the Crater of Lost Souls quest extra only when the character still needs that step.
Will every run award a weekly cache or a particular cosmetic?
No. Weekly eligibility depends on the reset and account record, while exact drops remain random.
Can I order several clears?
Yes. Select a quantity from 1 to 10, and make sure the same character is prepared for the chosen realm and difficulty.

Requirements
- The Vessel of Hatred expansion and a Diablo 4 character that can access Nahantu and the Dark Citadel.
- Choose the correct Eternal or Seasonal realm and the Torment tier you want before checkout; characters and progression do not move between realms.
- The character must have Dark Citadel access through the Crater of Lost Souls quest. Add the matching quest extra if that access step is still incomplete.
- Torment IV must already be unlocked when ordering that difficulty unless the Torment IV unlock extra is selected.
- For self-play, join on the agreed character, remain available for the party invite, and follow the team's instructions during split-path mechanics.
- Keep free inventory or stash space for equipment, materials, caches, and Citadel rewards.
- Weekly caches, exact loot, cosmetic drops, affixes, and currency amounts depend on the live game, reset, difficulty, and character eligibility.
