Description
Destiny 2 Deep Explorer Armor Set Boost
Complete the missing slots in your Deep Explorer collection from Duality, or choose all five Tier 5 armor pieces for one Hunter, Titan, or Warlock.
Deep Explorer set bonuses
- 2 pieces: Built Bitter. Incoming damage builds a reload-speed boost for the held weapon; stowing that weapon clears the effect.
- 4 pieces: Bittersweet. Stowing a weapon restores health according to the Built Bitter stacks consumed.
The bonuses activate when you equip two or four matching pieces from the current tiered armor family.
Quick pick guide: pieces or full set?
| If your goal is | Choose this | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| One missing slot | Choose Helmet, Gauntlets, Chest Armor, Leg Armor, or Class Item | Fill the gap in your Deep Explorer collection without ordering the complete set. |
| A set-bonus combination | Select the matching slots you still need | Equip two matching pieces for Built Bitter, or four for Bittersweet. Count only matching tiered pieces that carry these set bonuses; older versions with the same item name may not qualify. |
| All five pieces for one class | Full Armor Set | Collect Helmet, Gauntlets, Chest Armor, Leg Armor, and Class Item together for the character named in your order notes. |
For other armor-set choices, see Tier-5 Armor Farm.

Class and archetype preference
After checkout, specify Hunter, Titan, or Warlock in your order notes. You may also note a preferred available armor archetype. This optional preference has no surcharge; matching rolls are not guaranteed, and it is not an order completion condition. Selected Tier 5 pieces complete the order regardless of archetype.
Exact armor stats and their distribution remain subject to Destiny 2 reward rules.
